I'd like to start off this critique by saying that this is a lovely image. The shadows of the piece make it seem as if the figures are emerging from nowhere and are as much a part of the scenery as they are the main piece.

Outfits, of course, are fitting, especially for the background. The identical poses make the image have a special impact, and the eyes averted from the camera really makes it feel as if the camera was never there; they are truly alone.

Only a few things can be said about this piece for the purposes of improvement, and that has to do with posing. The gentleman on the left was my only comment. Because his collar extends straight up his neck and his hair comes to the front, it is difficult to see how long his neck actually is. As a result, his head looked much bigger in comparison to his body. I think, by positioning him just a little differently, the eye wouldn't be drawn to what appears to be a very big head.

Other than that minutiae, this is a piece with impact and emotion behind it that draws the viewer into it. Good work!
